Submersible mixer is one of the main sewage treatment equipment at present. If these equipment are not maintained carefully during use, their service life will be very short. Therefore, we must maintain the mixer every day. How should we maintain it?
1. Cleanliness: tools, workpieces, accessories and other equipment are placed in order; The components, safety protection devices, various standards and nameplates of submersible mixers shall be complete and clear, and the lines and pipes shall be installed neatly, safely and reliably.
2. Cleanliness: clean the inside and outside of the equipment without oil stains, dirt, rust and residues; The oil on the sliding surface has no relative movement, no hair or leakage; The surrounding ground equipment shall be kept clean at all times.
3. Lubrication: change air and oil on time, according to quality and quantity, and keep oil marks; The oil tank, oil pool and cooling tank shall be clean, iron filings and other sundries shall be cleaned, and the oil gun, oil cup, nozzle, felt and oil path shall be clean; All parts of the pump operate well, the oil flow is smooth, and the bearings are well lubricated.
4. Strictly maintain the computer and handover system, carefully repair the submersible mixer, reasonably use the equipment, strictly abide by the operating procedures, be familiar with the equipment structure and operating characteristics, monitor and pay attention to the equipment of different shapes, and ensure the safe use of the equipment.
